Magnolia 7330
Although
priced at entry-level, the 7330 is a very capable model. It's package of 30
stitches includes all the standard utility stitches,
quilter-coveted appliqué and sculpture stitches, half a dozen
different buttonholes, and even some decorative stitches. You
can set it to stop with the needle up or down, and you can even
run it without the foot control using the built-in START/STOP
button.
This is a sweet machine in
a very nice package! |
| JNH1860
The
JNH1860 is a special commemorative model made in honor of the
150th anniversary of the New Home Sewing Machine Company that we
now know as Janome. Highly recommended! It has 30 stitches,
including several that are quilter-friendly. The LCD display is
large and bright, with a very easy navigation system for
selection and customizing stitches. The needle threader is made
for one-hand operation, and you can sew without a foot control
using the START/STOP button that is built in. For many, though,
the best feature is the weight of the machine. Featuring a
redesigned aluminum frame, this machine weighs just 12 pounds,
the same as the 3/4 size JEM models. There's a lot to like in
this package, but it will probably only be around for this year.

suitable entry level machine in the ultra-portable JEM line.
