Memory Craft
11000 Special Edition
The first
thing that grabs you about this machine is the fabulous color
screen. It has a resolution of 640 x 480, the VGA standard set
by the first Windows computers. There are 65,536 possible colors
in each pixel on the screen, which makes it possible to use
photographs as a screen saver. Even better, you can have up to 3
of your favorite pictures displayed in rotation. A convenient
control under the screen allows it to be raised or lowered to
the best height for you. It can also be moved all the way up to
expose the full 9" opening for free motion quilting.
You won't have any trouble seeing your work on
this beauty, with 7 bright white LED lamps illuminating the work
surface. They don't burn out, so they won't ever need replacing!
Embroidery has never been so smooth or accurate,
with the roller mechanism descended from Janome's robotic
division. The arm folds behind the machine when not in use. It's
extra length provides for standard hoop sizes of 5" x 4" and a
whopping 8" x 8", the largest square hoop in the home embroidery
market. Optional hoops allow for 2" x 2" free arm embroidery, as
well as an 8" x 11" Macro hoop. New with the Special
Edition is the Acufil system for automatic stippling in
embroidery hoop AQ. The unique magnetic holding system makes it
a snap to do perfect stippling on any size quilt.
