Memory Craft 6600P
Once
in a great while, specifically twice in 20 years, we see a machine
that is so special and so beloved that we almost never get them
traded in. The first such machine was the Memory Craft 6000.
Several years later came the Memory Craft 7500, a quick
successor to the Memory Craft 7000. In 2003 we saw the debut of
the Memory Craft 6500P, and it was an overnight success. Popular
as it was, there were features that were requested and Janome
has responded with the Memory Craft 6600P. It has all the
features that were loved on the 6500P -
 | The largest arm and bed space of any
household machine, at 9" x 5" |
 | Straight stitch speed of 1,000 stitches
per minute |
 | Automatic thread cutter |
 | Bobbin winder with its own motor, so you
can wind a new bobbin while sewing |
 | Knee lift for presser foot |
 | Hundreds of stitches, including letters |
Now add these exciting features to the
6600P -
 | Start/Stop button for sewing without
using the foot control |
 | Dual sewing lights |
 | Improved screen clarity with more
information on the screen |
 | AccuFeed Layered Fabric Feeding
System features a built-in walking foot, coupled with
Janome's exclusive 7-point feed system |
No doubt about it, this is another
Janome classic model that will not ever be easy to find
on the used machine market! |
|

3160QDC - NEW!
The
just-released model 3160QDC is a quilter's dream machine at a
budget price. Start with the fact that it's a fully computerized
model, with 60 stitches, needle up/down, adjustable speed
control, LCD screen with backlight, and a 7mm stitch width. Add
to that the extended free arm and 6-level presser foot
adjustment. The 3160QDC is a full size machine, but it only
weighs 12 pounds! This model also comes with a built-in
thread cutter which can be programmed to automatically cut when
the lock stitch is done at the end of a seam. There's a 1/4"
foot, an open-toe foot, and extension table packed right in the
box. It comes with a hard shell cover, for easy transport to
class. |

2160DC
- NEW!

If you are not yet a
quilter, but still want a great machine for home decorating
projects, the 2160DC is a perfect choice. It packs the same 60
stitches as it's "big sister," the 3160QDC, as well as presser
foot adjustment, LCD backlit screen, START/STOP button, one-hand
needle threader, needle up/down, speed control, and more. It
does not come with the 1/4" foot, the open toe foot, or
extension table. The cover is a soft vinyl, rather than a hard
shell, and it does not have a thread cutter. All this adds up to
a tremendous value, whether you are a seasoned veteran or just
getting started. |
